Short Biography

Marilyn Davis is the developer of "The Clerk", the underlying vote-server for the various implementations of "eVote", software for user-generated polling. Since earning her Ph.D. in Radio Astronomy at the University of California SanDiego, she has demonstrated her talent for software engineering in scientific, statistical, and warehousing applications. Dr. Davis authored two other independent software packages: "BASIC Primer", published by IBM, and "P.C.Planetarium" marketed by the Sierra Club.
